As long as you have online access you can do a credit and eviction report in about 5 minutes on an individual for 12.50.

If you don't have time RE really isn't for you....If you wanna plop down money and have it earn for you without doing much work and is something you can do online try an ETrade account and some mutual funds.

Their data base does not cover all areas yet but is a really useful tool in my area.Jb
