Would anyone suggest I go back to working job so that I can use 2015 and 2014 tax returns in the same field of work which will reflect w2 income.  

Books can only take you so far so I'm ready to get experience in the field.

I've rented to numerous Section 8 tenants and they do tend to be a bit rougher on the property since they're not paying for it.

During this time, I spent a lot of time out on the field and all of the for sale houses caught my attention.
