I have found the South Bronx market to be very, very interesting, as it is quickly transforming from a low income/ industrial neighborhood, to an upscale neighborhood complete with new parks, new transit options, and numerous 20+ story rental buildings.

I was very excited and planned a trip to drive down from Chicago to Cincinnati  to see the property when I was about 65 miles out of Cincinnati we realized  that their were elements of the property that lowered the value of it significantly and the deal fell apart after 3.5 hours of drivingI told her associate who she set up for me to avoid dual agency that I still want to come in to meet with them in person.

Reading 582.031 Subdivision 2&3 would lead me to believe that as long as the court deemed that fixing a roof was necessary to prevent the elements from damaging the property, the buyer at the Sheriff's Sale would have been able to recover the costs.

In the event the offer is rejected, the non-offering Member has the right to reverse the offer and the offering party is abound to accept the reversed offer on the same terms and conditions made by the offering Member.This clause is designed to "keep the parties honest" and has saved my bacon numerous times.

I have never heard of LARP before.It sounds like you are looking to start a retail business, you're not really looking to get into real estate investing.Buying the building for your business is an element to this though, which I suppose is why you've come to BP.
