I've been running various ecommerce business online for the last 15 years, and ready to take it up a notch. 

We just need to place some money in a real estate piece, using some leverage. 

I'm not even saying your writing has to be grammatically correct, but please don't expect me to take you seriously, when I have to try to piece together and interpret what it is you're actually asking and/or trying to say.  

I'm not a lawyer but I can pass on one piece advice told to me by my lawyer 20 years ago: you can be sued by anyone for anything.

That piece on the far right in the last picture could be worth half the house.

It took me days to come up with a solution & I actually used scrap wood & tile pieces to finish it.P.S.

A good piece of advice when you have a mortgage (and even when you don't) to pay especially is to have 6 months of living expenses covered incase you or your husband were to become unemployed.

If you repair a piece of overall carpet, it does not extend the useful life of the flooring > repair.

This is the next notch down.

How could they tell me that all other still apply when my original contract they are trying to void out with a lease or should I say a piece of paper with no foundation.
