I know NOTHING about Commercial Real Estate but I can tell you that if you are incorporating PROACTIVE marketing (cold calling and door knocking) with PASSIVE marketing (direct mail, emails etc) that is the recipe for success in ANY business.Good luck and keep up the good work

I just thought I'd share a conclusion I reached after sending out my first batch of yellow letters about a month ago...Like most new real estate marketers, I wanted to make sure my mailing was perfect and would give me the most bang for my buck.

Tenant triggers bank to call note (mortgage)

The {bizarre} results: It so happens the day after this tenant posted her advertisement on-line, I received and e-mail from our mortgage agent at the bank with a link to the advertisement - which is how we (the landlord) and her housemates learned of her desire to leave.

The bankruptcy docket must show that no objection was filed by an interested party within 15 days of the mailing of the notice or within the time fixed by the court for such objections, if greater than 15 days.
