Hey Everyone, I was recently hired on to renovate a friend's kitchen.

I see tons of mold in bathrooms and kitchens even in really arid areas, because there are many people living in a small house and the house did not have enough ventilation.  

Mostly, I was babysitting subcontractors and laborers who remodeled the kitchen, re-stained wood floors, painted walls, installed carpet, etc.

I am putting new countertops in the kitchen of a rental property that I am rehabbing.

Hire someone for $200 to take professional pictures so that the outside isn't covered with snow (that tells people immediately that you have an old listing) and so the kitchen doesn't look like it has carpet

I had to put a brand new kitchen in a gutted condo in a C- area.

Isn't this a chance to inspect your property, and aren't you glad they're calling to keep it in good repair, instead of having a stove break and they start grilling in the kitchen?
