If you live in an area with rain or snow, then gutters are essential.

When we went on roof there was a hairline crack in the area indicating water was coming in during heavy rains. 

Last meeting was quite loud, since there was a band and we were forced inside by the rain.

( approx $32 total) Or should i buy the $38 package  ( i would have to add Judgement and lien on this one which is an additional $4) approx $43 totalWhich one should I buy for co- signers? 

Don't want to rain on anyone's parade but I've noticed many folks who rave about reviews. 

They try to collect back taxes with the sale, but can also depend on when the judgement was won and when the auction is held.

In most places, when you evict, you don't end up with a judgement for the remainder of the lease, just what you are out, plus the deposit (and honestly, it can end up being costly), and to actually collect?. 

What sort of damages might you expect from that judgement I wonder?

If I understand what I’m reading here about MICHIGAN law correctly: 1) the court can charge my LLC with paying the damages awarded a plaintiff. 2) the plaintiff is only entitled to distributions from the LLC. 3) this does not deprive me of any exemptions the LLC enjoys. 4) the plaintiff does not gain membership to my LLC or deprive me of membership and my rights therein. 5) the charging order is a lien that cannot be foreclosed on. 6) this is the exclusive means a plaintiff has of satisfying a judgement against my LLC.Sounds like the same protection you would enjoy from Wyoming.
