Couple thoughts:llcs are cheap and easy to set up.

My commercial banker was slumped in a chair just last week saying "If you've got a great credit score you can get just about anything" I don't think there's any easy fix.

In theory it is easy but in practice I find it to be A. difficult and B. kind of nerve-racking.First you have to find a buyer that will sign over the house and agree to leave their mortgage on the property.

But I am a friad it isn't that easy.
