Inevitable but painful.  

Sam and I often talk about how we wish that these REI lessons weren't always so painful REI is not for the faint of heart but it is an awesome adventure!

Of course this is going back 20 years so there's been some updates in technology, but the process was painfully slow on draws and often incomplete.

I added value, fixed a couple of her pain points (rodents, leaky roof), and then got her to sign a 2-year lease, the first 12 months at $1,040 and the last 12 months at $1,200.

Their draw process is a bit of a pain, so I would just say plan extra time around when you want/need draws.
