I agree, it is extremely expensive, all contractors add a premium because they know you need to get it done ASAP and know it's an insurance claim (not ethical but hard to prove otherwise) and just a major pain in the behind.

I feel your pain Account Closed, I have a couple hundred of them saved and have to search through page after page at times.

I heard this is a huge pain but also very profitable.

Beachwood and University Heights are nice but those property taxes are painful!

@Tim Johnson the reason is that I would need to get a FHA 203k loan, which is just painful.

Seems like it would be more of a pain than it’s worth but the values are so low I figured maybe someone had an opinion on the topic, that could help !

Although it was painful waiting longer than the normal 7 days in our market, it was worth the wait.
