Fear of inflation?

@Antonio Cucciniello I have not been factoring inflation into my analysis due to the uncertainty.

This may have helped AVG Price remain stable between $380k & $400k range. 

Then uses the remaining cash to BRRRR.

If the property is in great shape, and remains in great shape, I would allow him to stay.

Looks like if we do refinance we can use remaining VA benefit to purchase another property and rent this one. 

I have seen properties in my market that have tried this: basically using a GRM of their Airbnb revenue to justify an incredibly inflated price.  

I have always been of the mindset that if the numbers work, it doesn't matter if the prices seem "inflated".

I believe most of these other items remain grandfathered, though I'm assuming you mean by "fire doors", doors that are supposed to be used for fire separation, and not a separate means of egress (because those are usually required).
