They're invalid if you just try to download them and use them anyway.At one time BP had a forms inventory of leases for different states so you might want to check this website.Otherwise you can engage a realtor to help you get your property leased and they can use the TAR lease.Also probably common for PMs to use this or have their own lease forms written by their attorneys.
