We are looking for a small property management company with reasonable fees and that can work with tenants ( mostly millennials ) who ask for apps and online payments and requests.

Ideally, I'd just turn on the app, walk my property, and then the app would create a topographic map, and maybe provide some shading based on inputs like slope %.I've used iphone apps like Gaia to import 3rd party topographic maps and map hikes using waypoints. 

I can't for the life of me find out what App or service was used to create it.

I think the best tip I have in my arsenal is to use the meet up app on your phone to search for real estate groups in your area so you can network with experienced investors that know your market.

You are correct the Interest Only (IO) payment would be a lower payment but there are some other important items to know about.
