I didn't know at the time, but my timing for this fund was horrible, and the Great Recession came and hit the fund hard.

Poconos is horrible in that context.  

I had a few rentals in upstate NY that took me too long to get out of (market was right and the PM experience went from good to horrible quick). 

@Jonathan HulenI haven't had that issue, but since the redesign I've had horrible sorting issues and this other issue where all the sudden posts will just start moving around without me doing anything.

While I am only human I have noticed direct correlation between the absence of sugar and high levels of motivation, energy, and daresay optimism; adversely I've noticed that high levels of sugar consumption, especially in daytime hours, lead to horrible crashes of energy, motivation, and daresay depression (not necessarily clinical depression but certainly depressed attitude or state of mind).  

Even though my job is not horrible, it has become stagnant and boring.

Work on my (horrible) Spanish and (non-existent) Portuguese.

It’s a horrible sensation facing your bogeymen but even peeking out the other side is liberating.

@Erica Gregory section 8 isn't horrible.
