I'm looking for a contact organization system, a lead generation system, marketing systems (internet and direct mail), and a system that allows me to invest virtually, freeing up my time.

The seller has made no improvements, rents out the properties for below market rates and does virtually no marketing. 

Hire a private investigator' -- well, that won't be so valuable.  

The fastest growing startup ever (Zenefits) just fired its CEO, implemented a hiring freeze, and was written down by Fidelity 50%.

And the appreciation is virtually irrelevant if you end up with a net loss in cash flow.

I am a Florida Realtor and I am hiring my first un-licensed assistant and needed know if he can call my internet leads to see if they want to sell or buy and then set up an appointment? 

If it turns out nobody is in there then you can hire a locksmith to get in and change the locks.I wouldn't put any utilities for the property in your name until you figure out who is in there and are able to legally get them out.  

I needed to make as many deals as I can, and hire as many people as I can for my company and active income.... and California was way too expensive... 

I am looking to do what is called lease options, wholesaling real estate locally after which doing phasing later into virtual wholesaling.  

If you hire a property management company you will no longer have this problem.
