So, assuming all that's right, and I don't have any reason to believe it isn't, there are a lot of hidden fees here, not necessarily applied by the lender, but by the FHA guidelines themselves.Of course, everyone has an opinion, she knows my particular situation better than most, so I tend to think she's correct.

I spend lots of time with them as a client but the commission is usually 6 figures per deal for my time.I can't imagine having 100 students to mentor at 3,600 a pop with 10,000 hours of instruction for 360,000 income.

You can then read the software instructions (37 pages long but worth it) and you will know how you can use QGIS to display the Census data in various, useful ways.For example, if you wanted to know which neighborhoods were, in 2016, above average in median income or were, in 2016, more owner occupied than renter occupied you could see it on the map in equal interval categories (100-75%, 75-50%, etc.) or custom categories (0-50%, 50-60%, etc).I'm not sure this is what you're looking for because all the posts so far haven't mentioned Census data.
