i think tenant is accusing me of building new apartments and installing grounding rod for propane lines gas guy installed cause im switching from paying all heat to each tenant pays own propane.

For example if the house has two unpermitted basement bedrooms people are not going to pay for those rooms the same as two standard ground level bedrooms but they may retain some value to a typical buyer as finished space.

Also, you really need to research your property manager / team who will be your "boots on the ground" since you won't be there.If you are in the area (RI, Providence area) sometime let me know, I'd be happy to get together or tell you about some local investment groups in the area which could provide a lot of helpful education and contacts.
