I'm sure its the same for SF.Either case, my point is that CapEx is a function of the Future costs of those Capital Expenditures, not some arbitrary percentage of the rent roll.

If I had the raw numbers of 1 and 2 I could calculate the p myself, I'm trying to get the p to use in EMV and to a lesser extent, utility function calculations.Heck if there were raw data with multiple categorical and numerical variables I would conduct multiple regression analysis.

Here in Florida, these are generally satisfied with a clear "4-Point Inspection" - meaning the roof, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are all functional and up to code.
