There are also families who just cannot afford to pay SFR prices.I think same rules applies like SFR, buy at a good price, neighboorhood and check your comps.You might also want to pay attention to the monthly HOA fees- you don't want them to be so high that they turn off a buyer and check with the HOA for outside stuff like painting a front door a particular color.
