@Nancy Bender thanks for posting this, was wondering more about that community and this thread helped clarify some things.

I think your proposition would have helped us prevent less calls from falling through the cracks. 

I've been using this for years to some extent, but this version is and will be multitudes better at helping me achieve my goals.

That will help keep thing square with the guests.Remember that you need to do a full background check etc etc with a regular full lease for the time they are there.

I'm unfamiliar with these tactics, it would be helpful to know if there's any avenue there or otherwise any options I'm not aware of.I know the bank and my lawyer will have their own answers to these questions, but I'm looking for ideas in general.
