I suspect this trend may end when they realize the mistakes they may have made.

I have read more than one time that mistakes and fear are pretty normal.  

I am getting those first deal jitters and trying to avoid as many mistakes as possible when all I have to do is reach out and ask and there are great, knowledgeable people willing to help.

And when I lived in the townhouse I made the biggest newbie mistake in the book and rented the spare rooms to family.

Just don't make the mistake I did. 

I see that this could be a newbie mistake.

Although I guess there is nothing like a mistake to buy some good education.
