Instead of prospective tenants you have potential buyers or sellers.The tools are there if you can just think of it as property management but you are using it for land.You can keep listing data, pictures, contracts, deeds, parcel maps, advertising propaganda etc in the property file/page.

With that said, I keep separate bank accounts (all my properties are in separate land trust ownership's so different names for each) and am able to transfer back and forth electronically (which is also go for record keeping).

Hello BP Community - This question pertains to purchasing properties at auction and if you use an auction service (investment group that allows access to their website, data and checks title, etc.) or if you do it yourself through some other site that composites all auction data, such as PropertyRadar.I've bid on properties at auction in the past using an auction service and am considering doing it again.
