Be nice but firm.As for the security deposit the HUD statement should show any security deposits transferred.

Instead of prospective tenants you have potential buyers or sellers.The tools are there if you can just think of it as property management but you are using it for land.You can keep listing data, pictures, contracts, deeds, parcel maps, advertising propaganda etc in the property file/page.

With that said, I keep separate bank accounts (all my properties are in separate land trust ownership's so different names for each) and am able to transfer back and forth electronically (which is also go for record keeping).

What does it mean when there is very little or no sale/transfer information or when the sale price is listed as $0 (as seen in the screenshot below)?
