Hi BP,Just curious to see what everyone does on a daily basis to progress their real estate journey. 

I do like the High-Medium-Low ranges it gives for ADR (Ave Daily Rate) and Occupancy so I can use that for running my numbers.

That doesn't mean it has to take a lot of time on a daily basis ONCE you get smart and are up and running but you do need to know the ins and outs of whatever niche you invest in.

I'm usually working on the property daily and people that have self screened themselves with our tenant profile can stop by between x and xx if they want to view it.

@Bobby Shell thank you for the info, will definitely listen to these podcasts..I am actively listening to real estate podcasts on a daily basis, reading/listening to real estate books as education is key in your investment success..

I would say, Pick an area, find good lists of motivated sellers, Market daily and Never give up !

ALso how do/did I find deals that net me 30% or more, per year, its all about your network . 10-14% net caps now are easy, ( mine are much higher )  get them daily .
