I would just review your state's general practices and make an offer without that being part of the contract to purchase property.

The article doesn't talk about the details of the cost of customized container home, but since I have a direct relationship with the container manufacturing company in Vietnam which has done a lot of this type of project, I know the number is low and make a lot of sense. 

Review the actual leases and are the existing Tenants paying average rents for that area? 

On reviewing their QuickBooks, I told them they may have to revise their tax return.

I haven’t gone into depth reviewing the list yet but one thing I did notice that when I did a simple sort of the spreadsheet there were duplicates of the owners. it showed the exact same information.

If you’ve never done a new build custom home then I’d find another person to manage it.
