These faucets don't always turn on or the faucets turn on when you don't want them to; the water temperature is either too hot or too cold; and the water always comes on full blast.

Were considering for my portfolio the B2R / Dwell Finance or whatever entity they're operating under but this isn't cool - can completely break the feasability of a deal shortening the term like that for Elvin or the hand-tying aspects that Thomas has pointed out.
