In a year or two, move on to something better, and repeat.

Move in with a relative to get some assistance with your child to and yourself.

The EPA has a booklet on this I recommend giving to the tenant at move-in.5.

I’m a fix-and-flip investor, I moved to CT 2 years ago, I would love to get out in the community, and connect & meet like minded people.

Once you get that setup if you want to continue being active I'd buy a new primary every 1-2 years and move around while making your old places into rentals.

@Lynette GuyI am thinking of moving on from Evolve (after 6 months of trial).

I had my dumpster and 1 parking spot for a tenant in the ROW and the investor informed me I had to move them.

Many investors can't compete with the hedge-fund "boys" as they will pay well over market on certain properties at auction.

I am solely here to do some work on the property, meet with the new PM, and to have a sit down with my realtor to discuss possible future moves.
