Any good companies to go with?

I had a call with a company- REI Accelerator they are a 6 year old company with founders who have been involved in Purchasing/funding Multi family and have 30 + years experience. 

One of the most reputable organization I have known.

You may have to pass because unfortunately, your company policy doesn't allow purchases above 85% LTV max.

I recently moved to Jacksonville Florida and am looking to network with private equity companies and real estate syndicators.

I'd recommend getting 2-4 quotes from reputable GCs with extensive experience here in SD.
