The front of end of the house is painted a different color then the back end and the roof is in pretty rough shape. 

Replacing a 3 tab shingle with a architectural shingle and ship lap wooden siding with more decorative and colorful fiber cement boards, I would think should be considered improvements.  

I think the average homebuyer would burn me out, talking about how they dont like the house because of the paint color, or the carpet.

Or should I change the color or wording?
