When my entity and brand will be one and the same, I start at a site like GoDaddy and search relevant names to find 5-10 that might fit the bill.  

We can forecast where the market will go and I cannot speak for everyone but I am certain that I have no true idea.At the end of the day, what matters is how you feel about risk aversion and whether or not cashing out to buy another property fits your goals/plans.

As others have mentioned, just make sure to do your research and understand each offering to find what fits your individual needs.

Stuff moves fast around here, so be sure to understand your buy box, rehab and exit strategy and, perhaps most importantly, be ready to pull the trigger when something fits because chances are if you like it, someone else will too.

But if you are able to house two dog lover tenants they may be very, very long term (as few other rental situations would fit) and even willing to pay some premium, as mentioned.

I plan on saving everything that i make and putting away only about 5-10% for my own good like going out with friends or buying clothes etc.

Maybe this is the best fit for you and you've already considered all that I mentioned above.
