@Brie Schmidt william paid was taking F O R E V E R to deposit money into our account. and they'd bundle the deposits, so if 10 people paid including water payments, i'd have to Sherlock Holmes and understand who was included in that deposit. so i'd spend 1 hr trying to figure it out. it was so frustrating.i want something simple and easy. tenants don't need the aggravation to figure things out in order to pay me.

I have gone 30 yrs w/o an LLC and see them as a small hindrance to someone who has a marginal case and who may be scraping by without enough legal money to hire an attorney and pay extra to fight an LLC.

o arlight then it,i talked to that guy ben eastman bout a week ago he offered me the wholesaling u and their wholesale book i gues it is a well for 497 and 97 a month a month,i seen their ebook on ebay though so im goin to purchase it fromt their and get the wholesaling u,the area here where im located it has about 100,000 or so people and not many wholesalers at all,networking for me though comes quite easy,i do also think that you have to get over that it though.send me a message or email me so we can keep in touch,how far are you from phoenix and tuscon?

If you are just considering fun places to be there are still other factors to consider: Oceanfront has tons of free activities during the summer and lots of people out and about, Ghent is good spot for bars and food in walking distance, North End is close to the state park, the bay, and the ocean w/o being crowded...

You can verbally give them a no harm no foul promise...not to charge the lease break fee if the place is rented w/o cost to you (in which case they may even bring you another tenant).
