Most of the small vendors don’t answer email, maybe once a week, can’t manage a schedule at all, have no one answering the phone except for them when their hands are clean.

I know that real estate guru always say that people will pay more for seller financing but I have to question if anyone would.I would think that buyers would just try to clean up their credit and buy a 155k property in 6-12 months instead of an overpriced 185k property now.
