An older man has been allowed by the trustee to live in a tiny house on the property in exchange for his brother's mowing the property.

Hey Brother, I like your thought process and I agree that the Government infrastructure can really boost job security and employment rates. 

Before I partnered with my brother , I made sure we were on the same page as business partners first with an understanding of this works if push comes to shove. 

It’s still being payed and considering life is inconsiderate, my older brother and I are in charge of paying it.

They'd like to move these assets into cash flowing assets like syndications and apartments to increase cash flow to benefit their children (my sister, brother and myself).

Everyone and their brother has been trying to get into flipping.
