Agreed with Bill though, you will just need to raise rents or put some work into the property to make it more optimal for a different type of tenant.

If you want me to act as stat. agent, handle the EIN, plus draw up an operating agreement (which you would likely need to get commercial financing) i would have to bill you out on that.

Tenant forgot to cut grass before leaving out of area I get a bill, Tenant car broke down and is in the yard while he works on it I get a bill, you get the point.
