I am looking for someone who understands the rental market in Rosenberg/Richmond/Sugar Land/Missouri City/Pearland: who is renting, why they are renting, how long they are renting for and a general idea of where that market is headed.

Part of my inquiry is, given my closing costs are low (no loan origination fee), in what range should my maximum allowable offer land?

I used to live in Fisher's Landing and still own a rental there!

I have to find my own deals on realtor.com AND zillow email alerts based on a filter.My low ball offers are much more likely to be given a serious look because i developed a relationship with the listing agent, my best resource to take my offer to the seller and make the pitch. 

I would also like to own a billboard property and was wondering how to go about that it would I just buy land and look for bilboreda to put up my self?

Because the I75 corridor is getting built out and the growth will shift in the next decade to the Alliance area where there is still plenty of land.

I was thinking about this deal today at work and remembered as well this home was situated on over 5 acres of land.

I've been paying cash, $250K for the land and about $500K for the construction.
