But the price of a meaningful yes/no answer on that is an appraisal ordered by the lender (& I have not ordered an appraisal on this property of yours, so I will not speculate), and lenders only order appraisals on properties you own or have in escrow, and residential listing agents will not let it go into escrow until they have some assurances that financing is lined up.Best bet is to double app.
