Can anybody recommend a good VA?

Many many many of our leads come from people who have health issues and need to move to a warmer climate, in with family or into an assisted living type environment.

@Michael Jobe   Your broker should have a team leader or person within your office you can talk to who can assist you with the proper language to use. 

The better oath would have been to ease in to the situation, offering assistance, and slowly becoming and inside, the natural choice as buyer.
