I am amazed on how long there waiting list is for tenants. 

We oil base Kilz'd EVERYTHING, removed all the floor coverings & it was an amazing transformation & absolutely NO ODOR.

Since I haven't had to deal with a meth lab house (amazingly, because I've had hundreds of chances to have been stuck with one) I would engage with a skilled vendor and interface with the city to make sure the steps to remediation are well understood and the costs quantified before proceeding.

If I rented all the rooms for a limited period, say two years, I'd be in amazing shape to get cash for our next property.

As a matter of fact didn't need the advance the title company just ran a charge through, never had that happen before or since.I was used to dealing in the S.F.Bay Area and was amazed at how many of these deals were available.

It is amazing how much variation there is on lending guidelines, i suspect there is alot of "funny business" going on at some of these banks.

I would agree with Joe Abbascia completely, its not always about price, a cheap system that looks half assed doesnt add much value when the inspector comes through, service and quality need to fit accordingly.Rob K a BIG LMAO, as I have a bunch of 1,2,3 and 4's I have dealt with over the years, amazes how stupid or lazy can be at times.
