I was curious if anyone is currently using solar power as a means to advertise lower rental costs to new renters, or if the strategy of implementing solar to decrease rental costs has been done by anyone else yet?

I am starting my wholesaling campaign here at home in Southern California and going to my first REIA group this Wednesday.

Set up a direct mail campaign and hit them once a month with various marketing pieces.

I did a very intensive social media campaign in Northern Colorado, paid A LOT of $ for it and I got multiple leads but most of them were junk.

.- I heard famous injury attorney on my church radio today )if I understood correctly) advertising to file for lawsuits related to pipes older than 1975 not being re-plumbed by investors..so no shortcuts..extreme diligence.
