I’m in the beginning stages of my real estate investing, currently have one rental property and I hear constantly whether it be podcast, YouTube videos etc. if you find a great deal, you’ll have no problem finding the money to purchase.

All of the "knowledge" from any event is likely available on Youtube, albeit it may take longer to sift through raw information to get to the core messages and actionable items. 

Almost everything I've had to look into and learn myself I learned from youtube. 

I am forever grateful for the knowledge I have gained through the forums, YouTube videos, and several books.

Watch every video that you can on YouTube about wholesaling, listen to the biggerpockets wholesaling episodes religiously, read often and focus on becoming a better version of yourself daily.Best of luck!

I still work with my realtor, Lisa Ellis, but I've taken a note from Jerry Norton on YouTube and try to work with the listing agent on MLS deals so they're a bit more incentivized to help me out.

I would say soak up all that you can on Youtube...
