Hello,So I was wondering, I noticed that there are a lot of mulit families built in the 1880s - 1920s and I have not seen any new constructions for a multi family property in Rhode Island.

I know I could rent it out right away and there is a local gal who is really wonderful with property management.

I’ve received some recommendations for title companies that do these deals, however I’m wondering if it’d be smarter to close deals with an attorney rather than a title company.
