You don't need to double close in Southern California.

Even on the Oregon Coast, which very affordable compared to Southern California, nothing I have seen to date pencils out.The first vacation rental was kind of a fluke because we wanted a place in the country and again, being cheap, I wanted my vacation house to pay for itself.

I invest in southern CT so if you ever venture up that way, feel free to reach out.

So we had to pay down a lot of our credit accounts to get our score back over 740 in order for us to get a good rate on a loan on our first investment/personal residence in Southern California.  

I am a new investor in Southern Maryland and seeking some guidance.  

I have a SFH in the most southern beach community in California, Imperial Beach.

They are in southern Scottsdale (which is not as nice as north Scottsdale), but not in the neighborhood called Holiday Park (which is an area I would never buy in).

Just trying to find anyone from southern Alabama who knows a little bit about the local market there in the Dothan, Enterprise, Ozark area.
