I have a corporate tenant that has set each of their stores as a LLC, my lease is with the individual store LLC.

Sooooooo We would be better off investing in more NAPA stores instead.

When I am helping people I have them go to Home Depot, Menards, Lowe’s or whatever store they like and start learning what materials cost.
