I have buyers who don't know what or where they are looking so I don't narrow my auto-search down for them other than the basics (2-4 units for example).

Try searching for mortgage brokers in your area or state.Have you tried this posting in the Indiana forum? 

@Adam Schneider Thanks for the suggestion... though I'm not sure what AAPL is and when I google search I get Apple stock info. : )   Though I'm a fan of their product, I'm pretty sure that's not what you were suggesting.

Also for Pro can we keyword search the forums?

With that being said, I have turned my attention to other areas across the country in search of properties that I can take down without shelling out $500k for it. 

I searched online and one house, let’s call it Property X, has caught my attention.

I am looking to bid on a foreclosure (upset bid after sale) and I got a title search done that showed a Contract Memorandum between the owner and a Property company (assuming its for a sale) that was filed after the initial foreclosure sale at the court house. 

YOu probably have to do most of the searching on your own.
