Remember, you are in hurricane country and wind and rain blow horizontally so check to see if the roof has been properly repaired and that there isn't any slippage in the foundation.

you should seal the house. it is not expensive.walk the perimeter. fill any holes you see along the foundation with mortar, spray foam, steel wool, etc.then go in the basement and do the same along your rim joists and any other holes you findyou have to be thorough. mice only need a dime sized hole to fit thru

Considering this is most certainly built on a slab, adding an additional kitchen may well require busting up the foundation in order to run the second set of plumbing.

These cracks appear only on one corner/side of the house,noticed a horizontal detach of the last block across the house sideobviously here is a a foundation settlement, wanted to know what should the fix cost look like
