Question to all the Rehabbers/flippers in the Durham NC area....are you finding that making offers on the MLS for properties in the Trinity Park/Cleveland heights areas are not being accepted due to builders over paying for lots or agents not being properly knowledgeable about the values in the area. i made an offer on a property on MLS thats been listed fo 265 days and was not accepted....
