I'm forming my LLC now online thru MD... do you see any benefit to adding my wife's name to the business ?

So, while doing so some searching on the internet I came across a company that seems to assist with locating a lender for you. http://sandiego.rehabloannetwork.com/ Is this basically a niche mortgage broker?

If I could I would turn the power, water, cable and internet off to hopefully rid them of the property sooner.

I have read a little about that online.

I have looked online but only 2-3 companies come up that manage smaller multi-family apartment buildings.

(I'm guessing 85% LTV is out of the question.)My loan shopping focus has been on many local or regional banks, and tried one national internet-based bank.

I am in the process of closing on a property I picked on an online auction.

And your at the mercy of a very steep learning curve.. your not going to learn the reality and nuts and bolts reading about this on line.. its a belly to belly business one needs to get in the game and network with those in the game.

I am currently working as a Senior Operations Manager in Transportation.With a plethora of information and available on the internet I am struggling to find the best place to focus my efforts and get started. 

@Basilio Torres:I think you'll discover that most of these type auctions result in the Bank buying back the property and then placing the property for sale with a Real Estate agent or online Auction Web site.
