Great message for this Monday morning. 

Here it is:This morning, I spoke to a real estate investor who says he is multi millionaire.  

Federal spending is about 50% higher than revenue (from memory, I researched this a while back for another post, but I'm too lazy this morning to go dig up the exact numbers again.)

I would think the no over night guests would be to prevent those awkward morning after hook ups.

It's tough enough to invest in RE out of state, let alone overseas, unless you make frequent trips to the US.I live in California, but own property in other states up to a 5 hour plane ride away.

(NOTE: John went on an extended trip to ASIA and still answered questions for people daily.

Another trip to the superior court.- Probate lists.  

Jaden Ghylin  yup this one is going around I talked with another investor this morning about it.I personally would not buy a property that used private water and sewer..

Also, I know not to count on appreciation, but for what it's worth, the neighborhood is currently appreciating rapidly.After that, I made the trip up to his suburb to meet the seller and check out the house.
