Another thing I forgot to consider is that there are gas/electric, cable, internet, etc expenses while it is owner occupied, whereas a rental doesn't have these expenses.

They also make pretty flyers for you with a video walk-through that automatically posts to your website, Craigslist and other free internet sites.

But before the internet became so popular, the newspaper was probably the most likely way to get info on a pending foreclosure.

Today it's quite possible to become very rich practically instantly (relative to traditional business and RE) with the internet and globalization.

Internet marketing takes time, persistence, and a completely different skill set to be truly effective.

I know nothing about them, but we don't allow affiliate marketing here, and these folks are quickly shown the door.
