I can promise you that despite all the "likes" and "congrats" one gets it makes people jealous more than anything and they aren't really that happy for you. 

Now, if Friday came and went and you didn't get the rest of the money that was owed as promised and you couldn't get ahold of the tenant at that point, that'd be a different story. 

If I happen to be able to sell the contract to someone else for a slight mark-up then I might do that, but I don't have to and I intend to make sure that either way, the seller will get the promised amount.3.

These are consistent results over the course of 18 years investing in real estate, across multiple locations, in both buyer and seller markets.But if I contact 10 listing agents, 5 of them won't respond at all, 3 will just flat out say no without talking to the seller, and 2 will promise to present the offer to the seller but I'll never hear from them again.It makes no difference if I do it verbally, written, or do handstands naked outside the real estate office.How do you explain that discrepancy?

It is difficult to get honest reviews online as people buy or fake them.

You should list with your agent just make him or her promise you that they’ll host at least two open houses a month and do professional photos you like.

Yeah, it's possible they submit a fake ID, but I view that as unlikely.Today I got a request on VRBO from a guest who wanted to book several days in April but wanted to pay by company check or certified check, since supposedly his company was covering the vacation.  

That's extremely promising in Colorado Springs as a salary at that level can get you into a nice place.
