So unless you are really anal about all that stuff, you wont really hold up in court as a true LLC.My decision...no LLC be heavily insured.... great explanation!

We don't have a minimum credit score, but if it's under 620, we require a LOT more data: W-2's, bank statements and written explanations for issues on background checks.

Your explanation seems appropriate as the building is financed with a commercial loan as well. - The institution is larger than credit union, but a lot smaller than Bank of America or TD Bank.
